| Option | Description |
|---|
| 3-phase accomplishment (3P) | Reduces power consumption, withstands low load and is less sensitive to ineffective cooling of the agitator motor. It also allows 50-60Hz in the same POLYMORE. |
| High pressure (HP) | Increased working load max. 4,0 bar (standard 1,0 bar). |
| Rotation sensor (RS) | A sensor on the pump rotor produces a signal for each turn. Can be used in a PLC system for dosing calculation. |
| Pump monitoring (PM) | A flow sensor registers that there is flow of liquid emulsion to the POLYMORE. If the flow is interrupted, the reason for no-flow can be e.g. an empty polymer container or a broken pump tube. |
| Anti-condensation Heater (ACH) | Agitator motor with heater that prevents moisture build-up on the electric motor windings. |
| NA | Components adapted for the North American market. |
| Ball valve (BV) | The solenoid valve is replaced with a ball valve, which works better when the water contains particles. It is also a good choice if the inlet water pressure is limited. |
| Drip pan (DP) | Stainless steel pan for capturing potential spillage. Mounted to the wall under the POLYMORE. The pan is easy to remove for cleaning. (not available for midi 300-54) |
| Auto-Reset (AR) | Time-activated relay that ensures that the unit resets automatically on every “POWER-ON” event. |
| Extra relay output (ER) | Extra terminals for extraction of fault signals for agitator thermal fault, pump monitoring sensor. |
| Level control (LC) | When connecting a batch tank downstream from the POLYMORE we provide an electric level control that’s connected to the POLYMORE to control on/off of the unit. The electrical cabinet is equipped with extra terminals to extract 4-20mA intended for a dry running protection for a distribution pump or as a Low-Low alarm. |
